Like the title suggests - I need a Scott #383 Franklin imperf. I just cannot run across one that I'm willing to pay to ship because it's only valued at 2 US dollars used. It's the last one I need to finish off the whole page and it's driving me crazy! Anyone want to trade or outright sell one to me? Thank you. -Jeff

Isn't it frustrating when there is one gap left? haha...someday I'll nab one. I'm a bit cash poor at the moment but have lots to trade.
