I have no issue with collectors and their own particular bent, whatever it may be, however, this item fails in my view, by the vendor not offering any provenance. "It is known" fails in my view, the vendor, whom looks like he should know what he is talking about, should really provide substantiating material, references etc.

The ultimate "missing color".I won't be the one to bid on them.An unprinted stamp isn't much to look at.Printer's waste at best,for sellers sake hope they find someone with too much money.Each to their own I guess.I know the admirals were billed as by way of Belinski material doesn't change my opinion much.

What I collect: Worldwide USED up to the 1960's, later years from countries that came into existence after then, like Anguilla, Tuvalu and Transnistria.

It is the ribbed paper variety of whatever stamp, that is for sure.
