On a "chewing gum" booklet pane, no less! Yes, for those wondering - that strip of 3 stamps was a complete pane in a booklet, shaped more-or-less like a stick of chewing gum, thus the nickname.

I found out some info about this booklet you have. There were three Stamp Clubs. These Club members would travel to visit and meet together in the different cities and have dinner and talk. Like a Stamp Show these days. Here's an overprint from out Club Show in 2013 where they overprinted this 1c Stamp on a special BNAPEX Stamp Show Cover. The postmark is from the previous year.

Thanks for correcting me. The overprint is for the following year in PEI. I am a BNAPS member but it is rare that I get to go to the shows unless they are close by. I got the scan of this cover from another member.
