A small collection of covers, mostly with admirals, all paying war tax.
Five are sent to the US. The rate was 2¢ plus 1¢ war tax. The tax, as we've heard, was removed in 1926 only to be reinstated in 1931.
The domestic rate on the cover to Woodslee ONT was the same 2+1¢.
The 1933 cover to Michigan wears a lovely Christmas seal on the reverse
