Very nice, there is some good value in the earliest DDR issues. Do you have any of the Chairman Mao stamps? I always hope to find them in large DDR mixes and old collections I have bought over the years. I went through a spell of buying things from eBay Germany and I picked up a few large DDR lots, preparing for day when / if I ever get around to trading. Those Mao stamps don't come too often in the types of lots I buy, though - I've only ever come across a couple of them, and if I remember correctly, they were kind of chewed up as well ...

Yes my DDR mnh is complete with the exception of Officials and a few other BoB Michel. I have quite a few that aren't even listed in Scott. I'll scan the Mao ones - very nice set. There is also a HUGE s/s later on - I think the 70s but I'd have to double check. I'm ticked off at myself because when I was moving my album I got a small crease at the top. Granted it's a hard to get your paws on sheet but still ...
There are only a few where I'm missing a watermark variation and those are extremely high values.
I really love studying the topic of DDR stamps because it gives you insight into communist equivalent activities to western society - more than the USSR.
They also issued stamps in remembrance of the concentration camps where West Germany basically just wanted to forget that Era.

This is an awesome sheet - unfortunately it's the one that now has the slight crease at the top - I'll kick myself about THAT one forever!
