I really like these -- you have an excellent collection! I have a few that I will post shortly.
One interesting factoid about the series 1871 stamps is that they were a collaborative printing. You'll notice that the Bureau of Engraving & Printing did the portraits and the black lettering, while the frame was produced by National Bank Note Company. This was in the BEP's early years and they were trying to catch up with demand, so they had to outsource part of the work.

What I find amazing about Beer Revenues is that some of them are worth more than the actual barrel of beer the tax was paid on. LOL.

Just how does one pay the duty on 1/6th of a barrel of beer " Sixteen and two thirds Cents! " I guess you have to buy three kegs ! Happy , happy beer drinker !

Here are some large Ohio Beer Revenues in my collection. I will start a new thread and show the rest of this collection. Soon? LOL. Some of these may not look like good stamps to you, but when it comes to stamps that have been removed from Beer Barrels, you take what you can get since these are not easy to find. The second one looks perfect because it is a Specimen. The last one actually has another copy under it. (You have to keep the spares somewhere...right?)

And here is one page of my collection of the large Georgia State Beer Stamps. These are fairly hard to find, which I don't understand, as much beer that is drank in this state, how come there aren't piles of these around?!

Nice state revenues, Mike. You don't see those that often. I dug out the few beer stamps that I own. Unfortunately one is tightly trimmed, but I got these for a bargain, so I can't complain. All of mine are used. Great cancellation on this one. It is hard enough just to find these, but to get one with a clear cancellation like this is even harder. Beautiful! I prefer all my stamps to be cancelled. I consider Mint Stamps to be a stamp that hasn't done it's job yet. I do have mint stamps, but that is only because, either I can't find a used one, or I got them with some other used stamps I bought.

These are beautiful! Spent a beautiful, but cool fall Sunday at an outdoor antique market outside of Toronto. Never expect to find much there, but today had some surprises. First is this 1934 Fermented Liquor stamp.

It occurred to me suddenly, that mikeclevenger uploaded state beer stamps in August of last year. Shows you how observant I am! So I thought I'd show a few of my own. However, unlike every other stamp on this thread, these are case stamps, not barrel stamps. Some of us prefer our beer in easy to carry packages. Indiana Illinois Texas dated July 6 1936

I think I have more State Beer Revenues than the US Beer Revenues. I have bid on the US Beer Revenues on Ebay for many years and only won a few. There is always someone who wants to spend a dollar more than me. LOL.
Have a great day.
Mike.

jamesw and others - the Texas Beer Stamp with the Gulf Brewing cancellation took me on a search, and I found an informative and nifty link to the brewery started by Howard Hughes:
