Hi everyone,
My name is Lisa and I live in New Hampshire. I do love having four seasons!
I'm a worldwide collector, but currently seem to be stuck on USA BoB. Not stuck in a bad way, I'm just trying to get a bunch of stamps in my albums before I move on to something else.
I really enjoy WWII era stamps, German, Russian, Great Britain, and my ancestral countries: Italy, Ireland, and Poland. I look forward to learning and meeting new stampers!

Hello Lisa, welcome. I am currently working on US, it's a mammoth job, with so many duplicates. Yikes. I noticed our member @falshung mentioning he worked on Brazil for years in patches, I am doing that myself, spend say 3 days on US, then give it a rest, and take another country, a blessing for the worldwide collector. Enjoy your stay.

Welcome to the forum, Lisa! Post up some scan of your US BOB if you have them. I saw some US Revenue stamps in the National Postal Museum yesterday that were just beautiful. Made me want to start a collection of them.

Hi, Lisa. Great to see you here. I believe I am going to find this site very comfortable.
As you are aware, I live in Maine, not so very far from you. I too love the seasons, especially since most of my life was spent in Austin, Texas where the seasons are summer and almost summer. Nice being able to walk outdoors without watching for snakes and scorpions!

Hi Down-Easterners
It looks like we are getting quite a representation of Maine.

Thank you all so much! Should I post scans here or find a more appropriate topic? It's fabulous to be so welcomed and have people take such an interest in my collection!!

Hi Lisa, Thanks for asking If you select "Home" you can see what we are trying to achieve A well organised, easy to navigate and search "Library of Stamps" the more you place in the correct folders, the more successful the site will be. Please endeavour to place text with your scan example : if you place under US : Covers you can type in your post "Lisa's collection" or "1897 Boston cover with fancy cork cancel" etc so other students can search the site in the years ahead. BTW: Loved your Parcel Post stamps ....A smashing page and post. Well done you.
