I made it myself and it works great. I was trying everything scissors, paper cutter, portable paper cutter. None worked very well, hardly ever had a straight mount. But now I have perfect cut mounts.  |

Well done, carabop! You saw a need for which no ready made, acceptable solution was available, so you used your brain and created one. I (being lazy and not so creative) have my own set of commercially available cutters for which I paid way too much money when a little thought and ingenuity would have sufficed just as well.
