I thought that as there is a very popular Topical with postage stamps on this theme, it would be interesting to find out what there is for Cinderellas. I was at a small Stamp Fair in the UK recently and the item below caught my eye and got me thinking..........
I know nothing about it really, not even started researching yet but it is a rather nice item and worth a viewing.

I would have guessed it was a Cinderella related to the common design stamp issue that is also called CEPT till 1993 when they just used EUROPA with a right leaning font.
1928 kills me with the topic Locks and keys and the only reason I looked at the topic.

I'm afraid, I can't understand your post.
Being European and collecting since around 1970, I'm very familiar with Europa-CEPT issues. Up to 1973, there was a common design. From 1974, is just a "topic". I don't see the point of 1928, 28 years ahead of the first Europa issue... The year that's on my cinderella (never called it "a stamp"!) is clearly 1978. On that year, the Europa topic was architecture. Nothing to do with a song festival.

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

I think you meant the 1968 issue with the key.
