I don't collect FDC's as a rule, but I'd be proud to have that one! The King has never left the building!

Thanks firstfrog. Late fifties, early sixties Elvis is the best. I'm happy to have this great cover.

You're right, Bobby. I grew up in Memphis, and was born here, so Elvis is always around. He's always with us. Elvis was very charitable and brotherly to all who had the privilege to know him. He did the Lord's work, helped the poor, and many who suffered. He was more than rock and roll. He suffered and died for his labor and gave much to those who had little. Thank you for your nice note.

Dave my taste runs more to AC/DC or ZZ Top.While you performed in concert halls I rocked it out in the bars and dives.Musicians are still brothers no matter the vein.I still have vintage guitars and some great gear but my fingers are old and getting slow.

As long as the heart's still in it, FF. I did the relentless roadhouse stomp throughout the south in the 70's. Even played Cinderella's Castle at Disney World in Orlando in 1975. My first break was warming up the crowd with solo piano for an Allman Brothers concert at the Coliseum here in Memphis in the early 70's. I played in BB King's band in 1971 briefly. I just left the Guitar Center about an hour ago. I stopped in to look at some new keyboards. Billy Gibbons spends a lot of time in Memphis. Joe Walsh and I became great friends when he lived here in the early 90's.
