These are my SCott Ne Plus Ultra Part Two Volumes I-IV covering every postage stamp from 1920-1924. These are in mint never used condition. The pages 
are heavy and printed on one side, the reason it took 4 volumes for just 5 years. These are the same albums Franklin D. Roosevelt used, except he used the
blank pages to create his own album emphasis.
