Berlin, the 10pf Significant German definitive series, showing Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528), issued June 15, 1961. It was issued in sheets and coils, with every 5th coil stamp having a black control number printed on the back.

A pair from Germany.
1st being the 50pf 1976 Europa issue with the theme being handicrafts. This stamp shows a Ludwigsburg china figurine of a boy selling copperplate prints c. 1765. Posted at Darmstadt.
The 2nd is from the Historic Sites and Objects definitive series. This €2 stamp shows an equestrian statue in Bamberg. It was issued February 13, 2003.

DDR (East Germany) 35pf 700th anniversary of the founding of Frankfurt-on-Oder, this stamp showing its City Hall. It was issued July 6, 1953.
This amazingly, looks like a veritable postally used specimen, mailed from Berlin!

U.S Postal Stationery Entire SC. U567 with cachet of Richard M. Nixon's announced resignation on television after the politically disastrous Watergate Scandal was revealed. 
Israel Postal Authority issued this FDC with SC. 501 on the 25th Anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel. Inscription on tabbed stamp reads '25th Anniversary Year State of Israel'.

Tuvalu Leaders Of The World scam & one $2 Fish definitive (that I adore) Official. I had an argument with their post office about them sending me these stamps. I ended up cancelling my standing order account. They sent me more of them, along with Officials on this day 36 years ago!
