If no one replies, you can probably get a response on the cinderellastampforum.com They are probably in the same league as these    They were published in 1942 & had album booklets to put them in You can see the stamp # and the required "gift" to get them Pictures from internet   Not sure what the Welsh connection is They say left, The people will work in their midst right, Some of our heroes |
