New stamps issued by the second official postal operator of Kyrgyzstan will be listed here.
Here is what KEP tells about its status:
"Kyrgyz Express Post LLC has been operating in the postal market of Kyrgyzstan since March 16, 2012 under the license, granted by the State Communication Agency of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, providing a wide range of postal, financial and other services both to individuals and legal entities.
Pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 7, 2012, Kyrgyz Express Post LLC was granted the status of second designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan, which was further confirmed by the UPU International Bureau circular no. 83 of May 21, 2013.
Inasmuch as KEP provides postal delivery services on the basis of established tariffs, it has been decided to issue postage stamps of the second designated postal operator of the Kyrgyz Republic. The issue of each stamp goes through an approval process under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
KEP stamps represent a real payment instrument, ensuring payment for services of forwarding postal items from Kyrgyzstan to all UPU member countries. KEP stamps are sold at their face value. All mail sendings franked with KEP stamps can be executed only at KEP offices.
KEP stamps are a new phenomenon in the 175-year-old worldwide tradition of stamp issuing: for the first time in philatelic history the second postal operator of an UPU member country, designated according to article 2 of the Universal Postal Convention and operating throughout the entire territory of Kyrgyzstan, has issued its own stamps.
The stamps are being published in the most influential world catalogues, such as Michel (Germany), Scott (USA), Yvert & Tellier (France), Unificato (Italy) and the WADP (WNS) catalogue, which is the official Universal Postal Union catalogue to list legal stamps.
By issuing its stamps KEP strives to revive the interest in postage stamps collecting by offering high quality products of unique design, made using cutting-edge technologies. We use our best endeavors to raise public awareness about Kyrgyzstan: its history, culture, breathtaking environment, famous people. We hope that stamps issuing will spur more people to become ardent collectors and pursue such an exciting and instructive hobby as philately."

kepstamps, Can you give us a sense of the health of our hobby in your country...do you have a robust domestic collector base or are most of the Philatelic Bureau's customers foreign collectors?

kepstamps , Can you give us a sense of the health of our hobby in your country...do you have a robust domestic collector base or are most of the Philatelic Bureau's customers foreign collectors? We've got a small base of collectors, who can all fit in our office I think So yes, the majority of our customers are foreign collectors from all over the world, but mostly from the CIS countries, USA, UK and some other European countries.

Modern issues are not my area, but there is no denying how beautiful these pictorial stamps are. Well done!
Lots of great material for topical collectors here, too.

We've recently printed these lovely and cute labels, which we will be sticking to all the mail that we sent out.
For philatelic orders, we will also add some of the minisheets inside the envelope so that collectors could also use them when sending mail to friends.
What do you think? I like the labels very much, and I think that the cinderella collectors will like them even more. Well done, once again!
