What I collect: My main collecting area is focused on Canadian stamps printed from steel engraved plates. Specifically re-entries and constant plate varieties.

These bi-color stamps were printed using two different plates one for black and the other for the color of the stamp. Offsets of the printed portions of these stamps is common. I know for a fact that the 2c stamp's black plate has re-entries on the black plate on several positions. The re-entries are subtle and if the black printing is shifted down into the brown they become almost impossible to detect.

Watermark, Has anyone found an invert? Seems if two plates were used, it would be possible that an invert would possibly exist no? Now that would be a nice find!
