I am a stamp collector from Germany specialising in withdrawn stamps and postal war covers. Always interested in these two topics to learn more and extend my collection.

Welcome Dieter. I hope you can post some of those withdrawn issues,a great area of interest.Funny thing you happened here just now.Just yesterday while shipping package I spoke with postal clerk whose family came here from Germany shortly after WWII.She spoke of starting her own collecting as a girl soaking off stamps from war correspondence which was sent to her grandmother.The grandfather never returned.
