Hello,
i am David from Ottawa, Canada. I have returned to collecting about ten years ago after a long absence. Things have changed a bit since my teen years. I think the love and thrill of collecting has not changed. I have a wide range of collecting interests. Canada, Canada pre Confederation, Commonwealth, some US, United Nations. I also have an interest and collect from smaller countries or small postal authorities such as Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra, Lietchenstein, San Marino. I also collect issues from countries or dependencies that no longer exist or have changed names. Looking forward to interacting with fellow collectors.

Your membership status has been adjusted so you are now able to interact in other areas of the forum. Most of us enjoy looking at stamps so if you don't have one already, get an image host and show us some of your favorite material.

Welcome to the forum, David. I also had my hiatus from collecting (actually more than once) only to find that the pleasure of spending time with my stamps returned as soon as my interest was renewed.

Hi David, and welcome to the forum. I also have a soft spot for the smaller countries, although I've just started my collection. I'm looking forward to seeing your material.
