Just received this from Scotland, which I assume is still part of the UK...I noticed no QEII on them? Any one know about this startling development?   |

Thanks for that Ryan! I was not aware of them, but I am still surprised and disappointed that they were approved for postage without the Queen's effigy on them. It's one of the things that makes GB stamps unique,
