French Protectorate of MoroccoIt was mailed from Casablanca on May 9, 1928. There is no received cancel. The F.M. stands for military free franking. This has a nice "Troupes d'occupation du Maroc" handstamp. I am assuming that the double-circle handstamp is from the military mail processing center.

I believe it is the only stamp issued with only one letter. Below are the other Paix issues used by military personell. From Left to right, Yvert/Maury # 7 Type I (1933), #7 Type, 3 (1935), #8 (1937) m and #9 (1939)
