30 years to the bank of Abkhazia. The block was also issued by order of the bank. The bank passed some blocks to the post office. But the mail does not use them to pay for letters. In Abkhazia, the national currency is not in use. There are rubles of Russia. Mail tariffs are also in rubles. It cost my friend a lot of effort to send this block on an envelope. But he did not enter the payment for the mail. Apparently this is the only envelope with such a block that passed the mail.  |

In this thematic, you can also include the numerous perfin stamps of various Bank Compagnies, like the Bank of Bruxelles (Belgium), the famous Crédit Lyonnais with numerous type of Perforation on French and French colonies stamps. In Greece The two most common are perfin are from the Bank of Greece and From the National Bank of Greece. These are cheap, but if you want to build a complete collection, it will take a lot of time!  |

This Republic of China (Taiwan) FDC commemorates the 50th Anniversary for the issuance of new Taiwan dollars (1949-1999). The two stamps were issued on June 15, 1999: the same day as the cancel stamp. The stamp with coins is a compound image of previously issued coins. The stamp with banknotes showcases the new dollars. The Bank of Taiwan issued new dollar banknotes from 1949 until 2000. Afterwards, the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) took over the task. The building on the stamps and cover is the Presidential Office Building. Scott: 3250 & 3251  |
