This is a close-up of a long white envelope with what appears to be a TD95 test stamp with a special machine slogan cancel for the Parade of Postal Progress held at The First National Building in Detroit, Michigan from 14th to 17th October 1959. Only Dummy or cancelled items were used and they would not have passed through the mails. Members of the public were able to keep examples of items used in the demonstrations.
