Greetings one and all. I'm Ron Layton and I have been a collector of postage and revenue stamps as well as some postal history for many years. I collect mostly central and south American countries such as Brazil (Empire), Uruguay, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Salvador. I am a member of AFISAL (El Salvador collectors) and ISGC (Guatemala collectors). I hope to learn as well as share what I know about stamps.

welcome Ron Our friend Jerry is going to love having you around.South America is alive in the collecting world.I've become a bit interested in Bolivia as of late even threw out a more than token bid on an early collection recently. we would love it if you could post some of your collection.

Hi Ron to a great forum. Finally another Latin American collector  Is Colombia on your list? I collect Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela. Recently I stopped Ecuador and Venezuela but keep my original Colombia as my wife is from there.
