In 2017, to celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary, Canada Post issued a set of 10 self-adhesive maple-leaf-shaped stamps that commemorate 10 achievements from the last 50 years. I no longer have the full set. Here are some of these stamps:  |

 issued May 6th,1970 This is the second set of paintings (the first is from 1968),where the stamps were embossed and varnished to imitate the structure and look of oil-paintings. (part I of 3) Hey I just got this set. I am wondering how to use them as regular postage stamps. They are really thick and don't seem to stick to a piece of paper easily? |

This souvenir sheet issued in Canada in 2019 shows two endangered freshwater turtle species in Canada: Blanding’s turtles and spotted turtles. The stamps were issued on 23 May, known as World Turtle Day.  Before collecting this sheet, I didn't know there are turtle species native to Canada! |
