I make my own paper, do Pen & ink and water color as well as some calligraphy- and do some leather working too (as a hobbies) and I got the idea that I could conceivably create my own Binder with slipcase and decorate it elaborately, Make linen based, acid free paper and then decorate all the pages with pen, ink and watercolor as well as some calligraphy {copper plate style}. It most certainly could be done but it would take quite awhile for sure, but I bet if I did do it that it would almost certainly be a wonderful Family Heirloom and hopefully tell a little bit about me and some of my interests to my descendents. What do you think?

Nice to see an artisan at work. Great stuff. Sadly in Australia, it is nigh on impossible to source Slipcases, and Manila Stock sheets I think I have found a source for slipcases finally for $14 IIRC. At that price, saves making them for the larger part of my collection.

That was neat though i believe he complicates it a bit too much and since he's an obvious box maker he knows what he's doing amnd his directions are a bit muddy to the lehman. I do it pretty much the same way but without all the fancy tools. I love that huge red press in the background though. Neat video thank you!
