Please advise: I want to know if this a flaw, indicative of different printing, and if both should be kept if it is from different plates etc. . . Want to remove duplicates from a collection. I am ignorant but want to preserve integrity of recipient's collection. Checked online pictures and thought one looked similar to the cockeyed one on left that has a misshapen pupil in left side eye (facing stamp) and lacks delineation seen in the right eye but could not be certain due to clarity loss when zooming into it.
Thank you! Actually one flaw (dark spot by back of head on left one) was a speck that must have dropped on stamp from phone when photographing because it wasn't there when inspecting and went away when I flipped over and back after noticing in photo. I like the weird effect but one doesn't notice it unless really good eyesight and are focused on the eyes. Owner can see it without a magnifying glass but I cannot. Other stamp has a few flaws but not seen on pic. I believe as I go along, I will have more confidence in making and noting decisions. I am assuming that the cockeyed effect should be noted to potential buyers and along other flaws and am documenting them in spreadsheet. Thank you again.
