It is my distinct pleasure to be able to announce that our Forum's Newsletter Editor, Nelson Laviolette (@falshung ), has been awarded GOLD in the 2017 APS Chapter Newsletter Competition! I'm sure all will agree that Nelson's tireless efforts in its production, along with his articles and those of the members who have submitted material for the Newsletter, have resulted in a highly informative and aesthetically-pleasing publication. Some of the judges comments that I've received include: - Outstanding articles
- Excellent, substantive newsletter/magazine/exhibits
- Well done and congrats to your authors
- Great topical organization
- Superior, in-depth articles
- Great format!
Please help us ensure that our Newsletter remains of the highest quality by submitting articles of a philatelic nature for publication. Please also congratulate Nelson on a job well-done!

As seems to be the case so often recently, I am once again late to the party on TSF....
Congratulations, Nelson (@falshung), on this well-deserved award and for your leadership and continuous efforts which make the TSF Newsletter the great publication that it is. Thank you for that and for all that you have done for TSF and its members!!
