Hi Patrick, welcome to our Forum!
Your main focus is understandable as that stamp is quite eye-catching.
I've adjusted your membership status so that you can now participate in most other areas of the forum.
We haven't had much activity on the U.S. board of late so please help re-energize that section by sharing some of your collection.
We've also got a Trains thread in the Topical category that will likely be of interest to you.
Enjoy your time with us and don't hesitate to ask any questions that you might have.

Yes, indeed welcome, Patrick! Railroad stamps, particularly U.S. Scott #114, sound like a very interesting specialty to me. Like Steve, I look forward to seeing some scans of your favorite stamps. Welcome again, and enjoy your time with us! Best Regards, Chris (aka Beryllium Guy)

Thank you all for your replies. I hope to be adding a few pics in near future as I find time and learn more about posting. I have very little experience with such things. I am of the generation where 'Forum' is from a movie with Zero Mostel.
Thanks again, Patrick
