My name is Tom and have been a collector on and off but mostly on for 45 years. I collect Greece, Cayman Islands, British Africa and US. My interests are stamps which are related to history, geography, maps, Christianity, religion and ships. I am a very organized collector and enjoy being meticulous. My topical collection is one where a stamp or stamp set interest me I create a page on heavy stock paper which included year, description and Scott # I have 3 ring binders which hold all these creations alphabetically. It just adds to the fun.
Thanks

Welcome to TSF, Tom! Thanks for your intro post--I love your comment about enjoying being meticulous. Over the years, I have been called meticulous, too, and it wasn't always a compliment! I think it's great that you embrace it and take full advantage of what that quality offers you! Your topical collecting interests also seem fascinating. I am not really a topical collector myself, but if I were, I think that maps and geography would be a couple of the subjects on stamps that I would seek out. I look forward to seeing some posts of your favorite material from those areas. Enjoy your time with us. Best Regards, Chris (aka Beryllium Guy)
