More old archives with new hopefully not boring material Tetouan, Morocco, which was the capital of the former Spanish protectorate in northern Morocco. [ADMIN Note: original poster intentionally deleted images before deleting his forum account] There are a few varieties of the overprint. Forgeries, probably but none encountered so far.

You should see the previous Spain issue. Looks like a profile of a baby's head!
Later on he grew a mustache. So I guess that sealed the deal!

Thanks for posting the stamp pics, nl1947. You can see the progression of "toddler head", to child, to mustached adult.

A pricey set to complete. Who is yonder maiden depicted on these stamps? Or perhaps gent... The Life & Times of Alphonso XIII Thank you very much for posting these, Nelson--they are gorgeous! Just as we were recently discussing about stamps of classic Italy and Italian Colonies (Oltre Giuba) recently, the stamps of classic Spain are also notoriously difficult to find in well-centered, sound copies. Your four examples of the "life & times" of Alphonso XIII are beautiful copies of these stamps in color and centering. I have looked long enough and hard enough to know that these are not ordinary examples of these stamps. Thank you for sharing....
