sherro Open your profile (either by clicking on the navigation bar or your user ID. Select "edit profile". Make any needed adjustments on the "notifications" tab (e.g., select "never" on the email column associated with "Participated").

You have a variety of options that will produce varying results. See thestampforum.boards.net/post/60919/threadEDIT: If you are only interested in receiving notifications on a few threads, rather than all threads that you've participated in, bookmark those of interest and set your notifications accordingly.
