Hi Maxrocky,
From my viewpoint there does not appear to be much value in the stamps shown but they are a nice little lot for collecting. That's where the value is. Would you not consider taking an interest ? Your Grandad would be very happy if you did, I am sure.
If you have more pictures, I advise spreading them out a little more so that each stamp can be viewed.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

welcome to the forum! I would have to agree with Londonbus1! I am new to the forum/collecting myself and I never thought in a million years I would call myself a "stamp collector" but I find it to be exciting and relaxing at the same time. maybe if you organize it a little and maybe add to it some more you might find yourself having to check the time! lol. once you organize and add to it maybe you could pump up the value for someone to purchase it in the future. good luck with your decision!

I would describe this an accumulation on stock pages. To go beyond an accumulation, one would try to organize them for better viewing and appreciation. You can organize by two main ways: country or topic (like birds. flowers, etc). For country collectors, it usually involves a printed stamp album but for small lots this it may be just to reorganize on stock pages. You can use labels etc to identify countries, etc.
If you are looking for value, accumulations like this usually do not have much value except to certain collectors. Dealer would likely pay very little if nothing is noted as value (identified). They do not want to invest that much time to identify, etc.
