This looks like it's from Greece, but I am stumped as to what this is. Not many clues on the stamp...no writing...no denominations. Anyone know what this is?

What is it printed on? Looks to my un-cultured mind that it could be a piece of a postcard.

On paper, way to thin to be a postcard I think (quite flexible).

Based on scan color ? looks like Austria Newspaper stamp - Michel 42II, Scott P9a Issued 1867 - expired 9/30/1900 At least 12 Types and sub-types exist with light and heavy printing

Yep, that's it. It's the type III. Possibly P9b or P9c (in the old Scotts I have). Thanks a lot for pointing me to the right place!

Yep, that's it. It's the type III. Possibly P9b or P9c (in the old Scotts I have). Thanks a lot for pointing me to the right place! Had a chance to check and it is a Type III in the Austria specialized. It only comes in fine print and is the most common of all the varieties and sub-types
