The three different 20 Won definitives: top: Sc.123 perf.11,no watermark,issued April 1st,1951 middle: Sc.123a rouletted bottom: Sc.187 perf.10-11,watermark "Curved Wavy Lines" (same as Japan),issued 1952 (no exact date is known)

There four different 50 Won definitives:
upper: issued April 1st,1951 perforated or rouletted,no watermark middle: issued 1952,no exact date known,rough perforation 10-11,watermarked paper lower: issued Oct.1953 (catalogues differ about the date),slightly larger design,clean perforation 12.5,watermarked paper

Many korean stamps,issued between1946 and 1955 also exist imperforated. The big international catalogues do not list them,because there are too many of them. Korean catalogues do list them.The prices are often rather cheap.The above pair on watermarked paper,issued in April 1951 is listed no more than 100% dearer,than two single perforated ones. However due to the often very wide margins of the early stamps,imperforated stamps should be
collected in pairs (or bigger units) to avoid stamps with cut off perforations.

There are four different 100 Won:
April 1st,1951 perforated 11 and rouletted 12.5,no watermark
1952 rough perforation (10-11) with watermark
Sept.1952 slightly bigger design,clean perforation 12.5,with watermark

The blue 500 Won of the defintives from Sept.1952 always is without gum. The stamp was sold affixed to postcards only.
