Réunion? Need help to ID 2 imperf. French overprinted R.

I have not been able to find these two French overprinted stamps listed in my Scott catalog. The "R" leads me to believe they are from Réunion but I didn't spot anything close to them catalogued. On the reverse there are pencilled marks, possibly some catalog numbers: "7" and "9" respectively.
The fact they are imperforate adds to my curiosity....thanks in advance for your assistance!
