More of GUYANA...... Got all of these ones as well, just haven't got around to scanning them yet. Have a few Guyana cats in used as well.Yes friends, some people love their cats, dogs etc BTW when you quote someone you do not need to repeat the scan, just delete it as it appears in the quoted post and this will result in better management of our TSF website - love your posts !! Post #2,000! One subject that doesn't really excite me, but when I saw this mini-sheet, I thought, "Why not?"! This was issued on August 3rd, 1983, with the proceeds going for health. Scott #B117a. Meow!

Meow! Congrats on your 2,000th post, Pete - I will have a beer this evening to commemorate Cats are nice as other animal topics but there are too many on TSF - They take the space ++++ recently - so I stopped putting cats on thread "Domestic Cats" LOL

This kitten represents the feline half of the September 20, 2002 Neuter and Spay issue. The multicolored, self-adhesive, 37 cent stamp (Scott 3670) is serpentine die cut 10.75 x 10.5.

firstfrog2013 wrote: "Not sure I qualify as a "Cat Person" I technically don't "own" either of the cats, but yes I like to look at them even on stamps." Well, I certainly DO qualify as a cat person - between my husband and me, and both our families, we've owned *20* cats over the past 20 years LOL! (no we're not breeders - my sister-in-law had 10 of 'em at one point...). Hence my collecting interest. All of them have passed on except our current two: Timmy, a 14-year-old cat we call "The uncertified Certified Therapy Cat" - he loves EVERYBODY (because you might have food to give him! ) and Isosceles, a 5-year-old male ginger who's still a complete goofball. My sister-in-law has also inherited a lovely black cat called Aruba.

Isosceles is a great name for a cat. Please tell me somewhere on that ginger is a triangle patch.

I pulled out my topicals after finding this forum and thought I would share some of the sets from my Cats collection. This is one of my oldest.

If I may, I'd like to ask what y'all think of the way I've set up the sheet for my cats? I'm not really happy with it.
How do y'all organize your topical stamps? Back when I made these, there weren't as may options as there are today.

I showed my CATS (collection) one by one and it is in a special binder - I have no true affinity with the collection - It was given to me by a neighbor and I would sell it very cheap (scans in general not done yet but `The Cats of the world` do represent 25 pages- majority S/S and other items. See earlier posts for some example René

It's what inspired me to pull out my collection, which made me realize there are a lot of cat stamps I don't have!
