very basic/crude printing, almost like block cut- I have been unable to match the writing - I thought initially Viet Nam, but their stamps appear to be much higher tech printing
amazingly, these were sandwiched between two blocks of stuck stamps in an envelope, the stuck blocks appear to be mixed, so no clue there.
