I found these identified on Christmasseals.net as Order of St. John, New Zealand Easter Seals. These seem to have been issued for at least 10 years according to the site, however I have found nothing further about them.

It is pretty obvious what this is. It was also on my stockpages but I forget where I got it from....I also can't remember whether it was originally on paper and I soaked it off or if I obtained it as is.

The above cinderella is a modern interpretation of the original No.3 (of a set of 7) from the 1906 Christchurch Exhibition label set from this set: Dave

Oh - and your cinderella shown above is also cut from a sheetlet produced for the show (I forgot to mention): Dave

I thought that I would show my 3 (out of a set of 5) Auckland Exhibition cinderella's. These are numbers 1 thru 3. I have yet to acquire 4 & 5 of the set (Sailing Ship & Maori Canoe). See Rod's copy of the ACS Simplified Stamp Catalog above. Dave

Apologies for the poor image, but I don't have a better one available currently.
I came across this on the back of an otherwise nondescript NZ cover, cancelled at Wellington C.I. October, 1950. I don't have any literature on NZ cinderellas, and I've been unable to find any information online through google image searches or otherwise. I was thinking UNICEF or Save the Children, but I don't see any branding. Does anyone know what this is?
Thanks, RK

redkiwi, Here is a similar one attributed to the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund circa 1948-52[?].

RK Here's a better image of the (believed) UNICEF Cinderella on the back of a 1950 cover from Wellington: The cover is incorrectly marked by the sender as a FDC for the 1½d Provisional overprint (it's off by about 2 weeks). A bit of an odd one.
