1925 and Old Germany is all I can on images I find searching online and I'm not seeing anything in Scott or SG Thanks to whoever immediately identifies!

A service stamp.Issued on paper watermarked "Lozenges" in Sept.1920 (Sc.O12) or on paper watermarked "Network" issued in Jan.1923 (Sc.O15).
