I see other forum members posting images with arrows/circles to draw attention to a specific area-
what software are you using? (especially interested in Mac friendly)!

I like Acorn for adding to photos etc. But any graphics app, some free, can easily do that. Look in the App Store & search there first.

while searching for an app/software I discovered a feature in iPhotos I didn't know existed! Problem solved!!

If you are in Windows, Microsoft Paint (included in every version) has some basic capabilities to draw lines, shapes, add text. I usually start with it since quicker to get basic results.
