I am looking for a dealer that can supply a reference set of the different paper types (FCP, PPP, etc).
The ideal case is someone in the US.

I know he is not in the US , but here in the UK I'd have no hesitation in suggesting you contact Ian Billings Norvic Philatelics ian@norphil.co.uk. He has a website and writes a regular blog update on all matters GB new issues and is something of an expert on Machins.

I have used this sire as well and it helped out very much. another site I have used is hampsteadcastle.co.uk. I have made purchases as well and was pleased with service. Unfortunately, I do not know of US based dealers. David
