This is not exactly a Cinderella so forgive me posting it in this thread but it seems a piece of 1863 ephemera that doesn't fit anywhere else! From an educational book ( For English Children in the days when "Johnny foreigner" was quaint and slightly amusing) Gee it is patronising and not politically correct these days!    |

St Olav's in Rotherhithe, London is a Norwegian Seaman's Church. Prince Olav laid the foundation stone in 1927 and this stamp marks the 25th anniversary in 1952, now 95 years old. Tower Bridge, seen on the stamp, is visible from Rotherhithe.  |
