stanley64 , It looks like you modified your post on font used. The first font you noted looked close to what you actually used. Architext looks less formal. I installed several architectural fonts whilst looking to create something unique and personal; Architext was one of them. As you point out though and I checked myself, flux was used to create the pages shared...

On a somewhat related note, I have nearly completed creating the remainder of my DIY stamp pages for the transportation coils based on Richard J. Nazar's "The Plate Number Coil Catalog". I have typed, proofed and am close to taking the whole lot to the printer. The question is, does anyone have paper recommendations or will regular office paper will suffice?

I use a 56 pound card stock which goes through the printer just fine. I use about the same, US 54 Bond - Metric= 177 GSM (g/M2) for my custom albums/pages - 1 side only - no problem with the InkJet printer (Canon) René

Completely agree with @theamateurphilatelist; it does help to identify the gaps and motivates one to fill the empty spaces; turning an accumulation into a collection!
I never really gave creating my own pages much thought until seeing what others had produced. Thanks to all who have shared their own pages and provided the inspiration...

Belgium Buzin Birds 25 years caught my fancy when I received a number of these stamps in an exchange with a fellow collector. This is when I toyed with the idea of having stamp pictures in the album pages. These help me identify the stamps better because I am not very familiar with these stamps. I printed the pages in black and white since it was then easier for me to identify gaps in my collection. I also added some images to make the album visually appealing. Here too I would welcome all the help to fill the gaps in my collection :-). Happy to offer the album pages for you to print in return. Nice set Manish and I love the page layouts! I had a look through my spares, but I only appear to have the pre-2000 stamps. Admittedly I left Belgium in 1986, so my collection is a little lacking after that.

The first page of my newly created album Ireland 1922-1940. I wish I had more stamps, but this is what I can fill this page with now. Printed on Staples A4 160g/m² Ivory paper. Click to view larger size.

Looks great, Tobben ( tobben63 )! Nice work! I especially like the ivory-color paper. Excellent choice! When I get back to California next month, I will check my classic Ireland and see if I can fill any more of those spaces for you!

Last page (1940) Been looking trough a lot of stamps to see if there are any inverted watermarks and find the best postmark. I had more inverted that I thought I should have, and was out of space ( Specialized). I might have to redo the page. But it is nice to see the page with stamps. Need to find those coil stamps. Someone who want to exchange them with inverted stamps? Inverted SG112aw, Michel 72AZ

I notice a lot of Album Easy users do not change the default fonts. There weren't too many fonts initially. I understand the latest version has more fonts but haven't tried them yet.

From what I can tell from AlbumEasy help, you could use many system fonts since 3.0 (2013) and more support with 4.0 (this year).

Yes, now most Truetype fonts can be used. For instance I use Palatino Linotype.

Yes, AlbumEasy can use most Truetype fonts. I have put together a short video on how to use fonts, it needs a bit of editing before posting on Youtube. Unfortunately, I likely won't be able to do so until next week. Clive

Question- If you have printed and loaded a page... only to discover an error... would you correct and reprint entire page, or correct/print and have a session of scissors and paste? In my case their are two stamps with the incorrect color shades --- instead of grey and dark grey..... I likely committed a cut-and-paste error from earlier in the page and have green and dark green (France Sage Type 1 15 c ) oh, what to do....

I think it is a matter of aesthetics, can you live with the cut & paste?
Myself, I would reprint...
