AIRPEX 2019, hosted by the Dayton Stamp Club, will be held August 23–24 at the IBEW Union Hall, 6550 Poe Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414. The venue is located Off I-75 at Exit 59/Benchwood Road, the Union Hall is at the intersection of Poe Ave. and Space Dr.; enter at the center doors. Show hours are Friday 12 p.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Admission and parking are free. The show features: • A novice stamp collector’s table hosted by the Dayton Stamp Club • 15+ dealers • displays of non-competitive exhibits by club members. Show cover(s) will be available for purchase in person or by mail (with SASE) for $4.00. The topic for the covers and cancels is the 100th anniversary of Maj. R. W. Close enough match - 1-½ months out. Maybe Airpex was always held in April, and this was worthy of commemoration.
