Hello all,
Very happy to be here - it looks like an interesting forum with a knowledgeable userbase. I'm a casual collector and have been for around a decade. My interests are mainly in Japanese stamps (mainly commemorative and prefecture issues) and topical stamps on architecture and architects. Although my collection is fairly narrow, one of the things that keeps me in this hobby is learning more about postal history and hearing from other niche collectors about their areas of expertise, so very much looking forward to chatting with you all.

to TSF! We hope you will find lots of useful information here. If it's not already there, we encourage you to create a thread about architecture and architects on stamps and post some nice pieces of yours.

Thank you all kindly for the warm welcomes! It's nice to know there are some fellow Japan and Architecture collectors but equally good to see collectors with areas of interest I've never thought of! The story behind my name is, I regret to say, not a very interesting one. I lifted it straight from a TV show

Welcome! Do you have Japanese maxicards, or can you create? Search Google images to see such examples.
