I also worked on these last night and realized that I have a few perf varieties that are not Scott listed but noted on the Romania Stamps website so I created a blank quadrille page for varieties as I find them.

One example is Scott 78 which comes in an 11 1/2 perf version and a 13 1/2 perf version. It is noted at the top of the listing as two possible perf varieties but does not assign a major and minor number. My Scott Classic Specialized from 2009 doesn't do this either. Perhaps it has changed since then. Perf. 13 1/2 Perf. 11 1/2

Y&T also mentions the perf varieties but none listed specifically darkormexRené p.s. Scott Classic 2019 checked and no varieties listed for the Romania 78
