2 Guyanese stamps I cannot identify

I have tried 3 different cat. (SG, Michel and Scott) also StampWorld but cannot find these 2 anywhere.
The first one (20c) is not SG 1031 or 1035, I have both in my collection now and the "20" is too small and too low.
The Orchid I can only find the original and any surcharged $7.65 have additional overprint.
