Hello. I need your help again. Thought I'd use your help again in a few forums. I got these postage stamps. I understand that this is Poland and Stalin. I'd like to evaluate them and specifically identify them.

Scott Catalog from 2009 lists them as #524-525, issued October 30, 1951. Price used: 40 cents US for the pair, if mint hinged: 60 cents, or never hinged: $1.25US.
They were issued for the month of Polish-Soviet friendship in November 1951.
