Yesterday I received two boxes of US stamps. My US collection does not have many holes up to about 2010, other than those that are really, really expensive (anything in the $100-$300 price range is being filled and I'm doing great on those...it's those that are >$500 that seem to be a little beyond my reach).
Anyway, I recently purchased two auctions, each described as 3+ pounds each. I was hoping to mainly find a lot of pre-cancels (found none so far) and was also hoping to find a lot from the last 20 years (only found one so far...but I have so, so many to look through). I'll probably end up selling these in bags of a thousand, picked at random. You might even see me giving away some here, so watch for that.
Anyway, if anyone is curious as to what approximately 7 pounds of stamps looks like here you go!
