I don't know who created these, but they are a rather expensive first-day tribute to the high-denomination stamps of the Americana Series from 1979. There are 8 pages of canceled stamps, with the ones containing Susan B. Anthony dollars being canceled on both sides. They show a copy of a Linn's Stamp News article from 1979 about the $1 Americana stamp. Four of the sheets are signed by James Schleyer, who designed the 50c - $5.00 stamps, among others for the Americana Series.
I calculated the total cost to produce these sheets - $67.98 in stamps, $4.00 in Susan B. Anthony dollars, and $5.00 in one dollar bills - for a total of $76.98. Considering these were created in 1979, it was a substantial outlay in cash.
There must have been a very patient, skillful, and cooperative postal employee to apply all those cancels in just the right places, and not to mention blocking the killer and "First Day Cancel" lines. I wonder how that was accomplished?
