For several years I have been sending myself envelopes with new Canadian issues and have been deliberately avoiding posting them on the day of issue. I also get them hand-cancelled and try to get the Post Office to keep them out of the production line so they don't get double-cancelled. However, this one seemed special because of the situation we are in with the pandemic and the interesting strike made by the Post Office in Halifax where all mail from our area is distributed. Anyone else doing this?

I've always thought of doing that, but haven't gotten around to do it. I have enough stamps I use for postage, maybe I should start!
